every serious race series requires you to have the windows at least 3/4 way up so that in cas of an accident as less a possible debris can get into the car and that your arms can get ouside of the car and take more damage

come again ? which series requires windows to be up. I see Spec Miata, T1, T2, T3 cars all the time. none have windows. in case of an accident. window will shatter on impact. that's why they have window net. not glass window. is it only in Europe ?

yeah the time attack over here we have to run with the windows atleats 3/4's up if not full for the reason if you flip that ur arms wont go flyin out the window....i wish we could just put up a window net would make my life alot easier but we would be soaked if it rained but il tink of something for the window but thanks for all your help lads

remove the glass for races and return it for the drive home.
You have to make something on the door to attach the window for storage, drive home or rain protection.
the rules only talk about partially lowered windows if you have windows on the track.

ah this is will be a fully fledged track car when im done wont be road legal so dont have to worry bout the drive home.....Yeah it is a USA EUROPE thing by the sounds of it wouldn have this prob if i lived over there

In Europe they usually require windows up. In the US, it's the opposite. There are good arguments for each.
