Question about Tein RA

Guys, one question. I got Tein RA installed last week. Since it has 1-16 ways adjust, is 1 the stiffest or 16? I assume it's 16 the stiffest but when I was browsing the tein catalog, for the Tein Flex model, I think it says that 1 is the stiffest.


I should say.. is clockwise the stiffest? or couter clockwise is

Please correct me.

somewhere on the internet is the actual tein ra manual.... i downloaded it a couple of years ago when i got a set....... it says which way is what in the manual.

search this site and you will probably find a thread with the link to the manual.

The answer:

Start by turning to full stiff (clockwise). Each click in the counter-clockwise direction softens the damper. Base setting is 10 from full stiff front and 6 rear.
