Racing reality show
Seems like they are looking for the 10 most photogenic drivers who can spend four weeks living in LA and filming a TV show with no salary.
(And who have a "complete crew" of two other people who are likewise able to hang out in LA for four weeks on their own dime.)
(Edit to correct length of time of shooting.)

I wonder how anal their definition of "sponsorship" is.
Is this thing for real? I'm always paranoid about giving out personal information when you really have no idea who the hell is on the other end of the HTTP trail. The whole part about unblocked numbers and shit seems kind of weird.
Also, they can afford to pony up 100K for the winner, but they're not gonna put 10 (ok 30) guys up in a few condos? I mean....part of people's obsession with reality shows is all the fights that happen when people have to be in close contact with each other. Additionally, if it's going to air on SpeedTV all it would take is one call to Homestead Studios corporate and in exchange for the advertising they'd get they'd put all these guys up at no charge.
