there are no good inexpensive seats. Unless you buy a used one. For our car the choices are somewhat limited. I have a Sparco Rev seat ($500) on a Taitec seat rail from Science of speed--about $250. there are other seat rails I have a Sparco rail in my passenger seat --not as good--not as low and doesnt slide. I believe a Recaro SPG will also fit--$600.

I have a 2005 with a recaro PP that costs 650 and the brackets were 300 custom made and it fits perfect and has no rubbing. it's much lighter than stock, but I haven't weighed it.
