Default Radiator Fluid Combo

Im installing my Koyo Radiator on my car this weekend and was curious what everyone's preference is on fluid for a car that will see some street use but mostly see the track. Also I think from what I have read the Koyo takes a little shy of 2 gallons to fill up, is this true?

Thanks in advance

How much water wetter are you putting in per gallon/s of distilled water? I didn't know whether I should by the small bottle or the half gallon.

Bought the small bottle and put the whole thing in. It states its enough for 3-5 gallons of water.

I'm confused why water and not engine coolant. Just curious -- not challenging anyone.

If it's for track use, distilled water plus water wetter has a higher boiling point than engine coolant, which is also designed for winter use and not freezing.

Also, if you blow your radiator, etc. etc. on track, distilled water poses minimal hazard to the other drivers on track and requires no clean up.

I see OP is in FL as is King Tut / slowd16 but what does Water Wetter do to prevent freezing?

Nothing on the RedLine site says anything about Winter use or it's ability to prevent freezing.

If you live where your car will see freezing temps this combo may be an issue depending on your car storage solution.
