Realtime Type Rs and NSX
Next televised race on Speedvision is Mosport, Friday night June 8th, both classes.
I had the honor of competing in World Challenge in 1995 with a Prelude, when Realtime was also running Preludes. I have the utmost respect for P.D. Cunningham and the Realtime gang. PD is a hell of driver and a nice guy! He helped me learn the tracks and gave our crew a lot of technical help too.
At Charlotte last year, one of PD's Type R drivers smacked the tires in the chicaine. PD gave me the flattened left front fender and it's hanging in my garage...he's a class act!

I know it's not a big deal, but I've got a Realtime poster with the 44 Galati TypeR, and Cunningham's 42 NSX, signed by Michael Galati, Peter Cunningham, and Pierre Kleinubing. It reminds me of those great races when they were on the same team, and how things are just as exciting now that they're not!
It's prominently displayed in my office just to keep me from focusing TOO much on work.

Thanks Allan. I keep looking for it on Speedvision, but I can never find it. Also, I feel sorry for Foo's little Civic. It just can't seem to keep up with the other cars. It's fast on the turns cuz it's so lightweight, but on the straights he's toast.
Oh no! Not the dreaded Dragon again! Well Lizard Boy, if you had offered some of YOUR bent bodywork, I could FILL my garage with mementos!
Yeah s2kblk, Foo has to drive his butt off to keep up, he should get an award for determination!

I'm not sure when it's on speedvision. But I know I'll see them on Saturday, live and in person at Lime Rock. I'm really looking forward to checking out some of the cars up close this weekend.
BTW, here is a link to the SCCA/speedvision bulliten board. I've seen many drivers post to this board, including Foo, Sapp and others.

I can only hope that you and Dragon know each other, Allan!
I spent some time with the Realtime Crew during the '97 season... my good friend ran a Prelude with them for the season. It is a great bunch of Guys, and PD is a phenomenal talent. My roomate currently works with them at the Bridgestone Ride/Drives. Thats one of the ways these guys stay in practice - they are always driving something! PD has more seat time than you can shake a stick at! Combine that with his immense natural talent, and look out...
