Default Rear suspension teeters

How to explain..I was driving on a big on ramp doing around 70-80. As I'm coming out of the apex at full throttle I drive over an uneven patch of road which caused my rear to teeter totter like a boat sitting parallel to the wake. Trying to figure out if my rear springs need more of a preload or should I adjust my dampening adjustment a few clicks harder. My rear springs are swift 11k. I'd like to sort out this problem, would much rather have my car stiffer in the exits than this way. Can someone chime in on what adjustment can help this. New to this so sorry for the poor terminology and inexperience

Does it seem to float like a plush caddy? If so you need more rebound adjustment

What dampers?
How many times does it seem like it moves up and down?
And just to be clear it's more of a diagonal movement vs a side movement right? Left hand turn the right rear squats and the front left raises?

Is this racing or competition? PM me if this was a track and not about tuning cars for highway on ramps at faster than legal speeds and I'll open it back up.
