I tried going off Internet research the fir time and ended up with seats that I fit in but were too tight in the hips, so that cost me quite a bit $$$ in the long run. If you can't find a local shop with them just check out some local boards and see if anyone has the seat installed and will let you try it out, or go to the tracks and see what is there.

The hole height issue has nothing to do with the rollbar (well a little) but the seat is your problem. It doesn't matter how properly placed the rollbar harness bar is if the holes in the actual seat are too low you're asking for trouble. The holes in the seat have to be at or above shoulder level. If below it's time to get a new seat.


That cobra seat above looks awesome and if I had a dedicated track car I'd run something like that. On the street though I want something that still lets me use the factory belts.

Correct, I should have said I'll wait till the rolbar is in then decide on the seat so the holes are correct.
