Man, sad for the fellow who's left rear wheel just flew off... felt kinda weird that they hyped the s2000 up like that only to close by saying that they weren't able to win the honda cup.

Thanks for sharing that link...

I love Marty Rauch's comments- "FWD cars are econo-boxes that are not racecars" haha backs up my RSX-S vs S2000 posts.

His s2k was close despite being heavier and less powerful... feel bad that it was damaged though.

if you look at the season results the guy that won the overall championship in a Teg raced at every event (12 of them) and never won one. David Karner in a S only raced 9 times won 8 of them and DNF'ed one and placed second overall. It looks like the S didn't race nearly as much as the others.

Marty was talking a lot of sh$t... I love the S2000, and its funny that the car I sold to be able to buy my S2000 was a 5th gen civic hatchback (the car that he was chasing on the track), but maybe next time he should keep his mouth shut and just win the race. Karma can be interesting.

That is what I was thinking.

I hate to see an S2000 lose, but he kinda got what was coming to him.

I dunno, I think he was right. A real race car should not be fwd. He was making a correct point. Just because alot of ricers out there are mad about that being tree doesn't make it wrong.

I have this one guy at local meets who try's to convince me every time I see him that his fwd focus can out handle my s2k. Just another ricer, and he's older than me too. So damn annoying.

That guy did talk too much trash. Just shut up and race. If a FWD car is so inferior, you shouldn't have a hard time winning.
