Would like to know as well. My first stop was going to be Hard Dog. Glad to see you picked up another S cvedral!

We still haven't met yet, I don't think. Which event are you looking to do first with NASA?

I just installed a Hard Dog in my 07. I don't think there are any other quality off the shelf roll bars out there. The only other option appeared to be custom.

Toekneeq,
Yes i have been suffering since i sold my 03 but finally found another.
This one needs alot of body work its not pretty, but mechanically seems sound. First thing to do is install a roll bar just wanted to see if anybody else had came out with one before i went back to Hard Dog.
I should be ready by PBIR end of april time and money will tell. I would like to fine a used set of coilovers also!

It's pretty much Hard Dog or custom for the S2000. If you can afford it have a cage builder build the back half of a cage for you. It will look much cooler than the HD and makes the transition to a full cage easier. You'll have to find out who your local cage builders are and get an estimate. If you want to run the soft top you're definitely better off just going with the Hard Dog.

Lots of threads on this recently, try searching through them.

Basically, Hard Dog is the best option in terms of safety/quality and being legal in the majority different track/racing organizations.

Another vote for custom bar.

Thanks, I live in Daytona Beach. There has to be someone local to do the back half like robrob sugest.
Anyone in the southeast area known for this?

Only one I know if is Irish Mike here in Orlando.

I have no experience and have not heard of their experience with S2000s. I know others that have had full race cages put in for W2W Competition. They used to run with Speed Channel's World Challenge.

If you are interested in a custom bar contact your local racers and find out where they had their cages fabricated.

But I say again, if you are going to keep your soft top the Hard Dog is the way to go. A custom bar will end up looking almost exactly like a Hard Dog to fit inside the soft top.
