ahhahaha...no... there was a guy here in the USA selling a kit that you weld in....it looked pretty complete and was about $800-$1000 for the pieces..... i just can't seem to find it.

it may have been here or on Honda-tech, but I can't find it there either.

A well designed custom welded cage for the s2k should run about ~$2k. Why risk welding it yourself?

there was a guy selling a kit of proper tubing.... all you had to do was weld it.... there are a zillion people that can weld..... so why would someone pay $2k if you could get the same thing for $1k??

California people are just made out of $$$$$

$1k+ labor to install and weld it in. Not to mention a custom cage will always fit better than a pre fabbed one.

We're not made of money, but some of us can actually see the real costs of things. You waste far more money trying to be cheap w/ everything. I mean shit you buy your cheap shit and have to throw it away and buy the right parts later because you bought the wrong stuff to begin with. Hell look at all the $ you spent on the wrong stuff and now you can't keep up with your competition.

Suck it up Scot, racing's expensive. And we're talking about the cost of -1- set of tires here. Some of us aren't willing to risk our necks for less than $500.

hahahah.... I am a cheapass....

I only paid $900.00 for my custom welded in cage (dirt track guy put it in) in my current car. So i thought would explore what is out there.......doesn't cost me any $ to ask questions.
