Rotors for STR?
Is there any options other than OEM? The OEM rotors are like 90 for the front and 95 for the rear each. Most aftermarket like Stoptech and Power Slot are cheaper and should be comparable to stock ones. Just wondering if any of them are legal for STR.

There's also no reason to run DOT 4 fluid.
Never ran into issues, even hot-lapping the car on a fast course at Sebring with a co-driver a few weeks ago. Clutch was the first thing to start getting hot.
Good to know about the cheap blanks though, thanks!

I just run the Valvoline DOT 3&4 stuff. With OE pads and rotors.

And yet, there's no reason not to use DOT 4. Having a higher boiling point doesn't degrade the performance at lower temperatures. And honestly, if you get into a situation where you can do back to back fun runs, it is possible to get your brakes very hot.
PS - I personally don't like the blue crap because the blue never goes away, but I'd use the yellow version (TYP200).

For what it's worth, I've heard of (over-)aggressive left foot brakers fading their brakes during autocross runs, so that's one possible justification for using DOT 4.
Also, I agree with John -- why *not* use DOT 4?
