Yes, HeinRocket is leading the way, but he does have another Phoenix car on his @ss. They are way fast. The Cobalts are 1 and 2. With the RX-8 3rd and 4th on the grid. The S2000s seem a touch off the pace, but most of them have less then a year into the car, so I expect they will get faster. Weather does not look great for the T3 race, but it is KS so it will change in a few minutes.

 

Did anyone submit for competition adjustments this year? Swaybar or springs would be nice. Tire and wheel changes too.m Maybe settle for slowing the Cobalt down.

Kansas City - 7:00 am and we are having a pretty big rain event with a lot of lighting and on radar it looks like at this time Topeka has much of the same.

TV weather people are saying that Topeka and Kansas City should start to see some clearing in the next few hours.

T3 Warm up is at 8:00am and the race is at 10:00am. The www.SCCA.org site has Live Audio and Live Timing of the races.

Looking out the window of the HPT media center there is some serious bad weather outside. The good news is they may hold the start, or will red flag if it is to bad to keep the corner workers and TV on site.

Oh... Just heard on the radio we are on delay. Good for the drivers.

Radar at 10:00 am still shows a few band of showers west of Topeka. Hope they will move through in the next hour or so.
