In a straight line, it definitely can be done NA. All you need to do before the race is either 1) make sure the M3 driver has some physical injury so that he/she can't drive the car properly or 2) make sure the M3 is towing another car for the race.

No... you can not beat an E46 M3 with N/A mods.you'll need some type of forced induction to win.

Why the <insert word meaning "copulate" here> is this not in street encounters?

S2000 with wing easily dominates M3's.

I've beat an E46 M3. I can easily fit a baseball bat in the S2000 trunk.

Are you talking on a track or on a drag strip? If dragstrip, you'd be better off in the Street Encounters sub-forum.

On a Track, the M3 is a formidable car it seems. Of course so is the S2000 when all your ducks are in a row. People seem to describe the M3 is feeling heavier then the lighterweight cars, and current M3 owners lament the added weight of the newer 3 series cars, culminating in a big V-8 hanging on the front axle in the yet to be introduced M3.
