Default sand bags for alignment?

my car is in for a new alignment and the owner of the alignment shop asked how I wanted the sand bags distributed during the alignment. Also what pressure should be in the tires? I usually run them at 33 front and 30 rear.

Alignment spec:
front camber: -1.25 to -1.5
front caster: +6 or as close to 6 as possible
front toe: 0

rear camber: -2
rear toe: 1/8 to 1/4 toe IN

I usually get my performance alignment with me in the car.

To simulate that, have your approximate weight added to the drivers seat via sandbags.

Getting as much possible caster should make steering effort higher I think, and also improve feedback and front end grip on tight turns, also more on center feel.
