I recently had a bad experience at HMS Motorsports while having my harness on order. First told they have them in stock and would ship the next day. Week later call to get tracking and told not shipped yet because waiting for a washer for the bolt on kit. Next week goes and call to get tracking, not shipped yet, didnt know why??? 1 hour later got called and told the sub straps havent arrived yet, they are overseas.....Asked to speak to Matt, he tells me my credit card was never charged, he thinks it was something wrong with my card.........So I just cancelled my order as I got tired of the BS and run around.

Do you guys rec any body else to get the harness from with a backing plate for the right hand lap strap to bolt to the body????

As a Schroth dealer, I can tell you that all Schroth belts some through HMS as they are the exclusive US distributor, so any place that sells them is getting them from HMS. Typically people speak very highly of HMS so I think your situation is just a rare exception.

I just ordered the Profi II-6 from Discoveryparts.com. Very smooth transaction, they have large inventory, and have the SCCA approved backing plates for the lap belts.
