Default Shaved RA1's?

I ordered a set of (what I thought would be full tread) Toyo RA1's on Friday and they arrived today -- shaved with "Prep to 4/32" on the invoice. Is that the standard way Vilven sells RA1's and I just f'ed up by not requesting full tread? Unfortunately, they're closed, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to talk to anyone there... I usually run Victoracers as my autoX tires, and bought the RA1's to use as rain tries and track day tires. That said, should I keep the shaved set or send 'em back (if possible)? Thanks!

I don't think Vilven charges for shaving the tires, so maybe they're just so used to shaving them when someone orders a set. If you want to use them as rain track tires, then they need to be full tread for best performance. If you want to use them for dry track tires, then they need to be shaved to 4/32" for best performance.

Vilven's out of 245/45/16 RA1's until the end of the month, so it looks like I'm keeping the shaved RA1's...
