Yes I know the Amuse but thats veeery pricey.

Any other ideas?!

The Spugen one is said to be 24 lbs and 8 HP power gain for approx 450 USD!

But it is a bit heavy still!

I would think not. Also, the silencer is next to useless as it makes the engine run very rich and robs alot of power. Not a problem for a track only car. One concern to be aware of. The exhaust is very loud. I was measured at 104db at about 2m at SearsPoint. I had to install a double walled adjustable elbow to bring it down to 102db, below the newly imposed 103db limit. You should check you local tracks as many are now implementing a 103db limit.

12.3 lbs actually. No it drones like crazy. I had it dynoed and it showed no gains. The silencer lost 40 HP

Most of our trackdays we organise have a 104 db limit too.

I sometimes do the measuring and last time the only we had to tak eout was a F360 Stradale and a Porsche GT2 race spec...both measured at 108 dB

As I need and exhaust for competition I guess this one would be too loud!

Right now I have the Tanabe Racing but it's still at 31 lbs (dual)
thats still too heavy

JIC Ti is around $650 I think and weighs 8 lbs. Way too loud for the street.

After much debate, I went with a T1R single. Weighs about 30 lbs less than stock. It's a little too loud for the street at WOT, but when you want to keep it quiet you can and there's little or no drone at constant RPMs.

I bought a used Spoon N1 exhaust on s2ki a while back for $350. Its considerably lighter than stock (less than half, around 22 lbs.). It is however, very loud. But the tone is one of the nicest for an S2000. Not sure about the decible rating. There is an exhaust library somewhere on here that lists decibles and sound for about 20 exhausts.

The JIC exhaust is very light and sounds great, BUT it's VERY loud and the hangers break (repeatedly). I just won a lawsuit against them yesterday morning. I absolutely DO NOT recommend buying anything from them.
