Smaller Mugen Sway Bar?

Smaller Mugen Sway Bar?
Is the smaller (I guess, only) front Mugen sway bar worth it? What is the increase in stiffness, percentage wise, over stock? I do not track the car, just looking to settle the rear end. And if not the Mugen, then which would be a better option?
