Default Spherical or urethane bushing replacement

So my chassis has 140k

I have already replaced the compliance bushings at about 110 with power flex ones. I think I am going to tackle the rest this year

My options are power flex race bushings for 500 or 1000 for the ballade spherical bearings which will come with new compliance bushings as well.

My car is mainly a track car that gets driven to and from. If it's driven on the street it's usually in the twisty or an errand or two

Just not sure about durability and replacement if I need to change the spherical again. The urethane I've never had an issue with even on my old car

If you already have the powerflex compliance, get the ES master kit for the rest for half the cost of the Powerflex. No brainer IMO. I enjoy my ES/Powerflex combo

i do not want to go with es bushings as they seem like a real pain to work with. ive used power flex and i trust them to last long.

I'm head over heels with my Blacktrax/Kingpin sphericals. I'm glad I never wasted money and labor on stiffer rubber bushings.

I can't see the cost benefit from the blacktrax version over the ballade sports one

I concur, the Blacktrax/Kingpin setup is amazing on the track and the street. My car only had 65k miles on it (2005) when I swapped out to the Blacktrax setup and it was instantly noticeable. There are some fundamental design differences between the Blacktrax and Ballade setups, so you'll have to decide which way you'll want to go. Anyway, more detailed pics of the Blacktrax setup in the following link:

I have mostly Prothane with Hardrace hardened rubber compliance and shock bushings.
