I'm very happy w/my APR wing:

APR Wing

Here it is in action:

If I did it over again I'd probably go with the larger GTC-300 APR wing, but there's plenty of downforce ror my RAs with the GTC-200 one. It weighs next to nothing and doesn't cost a a fortune ($625).

The difference in slower turns is negligable, but in fast turns like Riverside or T8 at THill the difference is significant. The rear is far more planted at speed and adds a lot of confidence.

I've had a Bitterbar for 3 years? It was Dave's. I'll be calling Tony today to schedule a time to bring my car in for a full cage.

Mike had your old bar, had it powdercoated (twice cause he requested black and it came back baby blue the first time), installed it, tracked his car once, removed it, traded the S2000 in for an Evo and has built that up as a track car (including an Autopower roll bar)....unfortunately the poor Mitsu hasn't seen a track day yet in 20K miles.

Yes, APR or other wings work but they could use some re-inforcement on the back side of the trunk.
