Who else is going? I was pretty amped about it, but with only *two* STR signups...it's hard to be willing to spend the $$$....

 

nope - this is an off year for me. New baby right at the end of August means that momma is going to need some help with Uno, while she gets Dos oriented to the world of light, sounds, smells, and crazies.

 

With 3 National events in Wilmington, OH (2.5 hours away), we decided to skip Lincoln (12 hours). I think many from the East are doing the same.

Like I said on FB, I am down for whatever my codriver is down for. But I admit, the totally shitty contingency being offered for Honda this year and the epic long distance drive (2 full days for us) combined with low attendance makes spring nats extremely unattractive in lieu of wasting vacation days, expensive gas and all of the other stuff. Times are a changin.
