First, I'd like to preempt Drew calling my car 'megabucks', 'high-dollar' etc by declaring that it is none of those things. Perhaps he needs to see it in person.

The weather forcast is generally pessimistic, so I doubt there'll be more than a few showers on Sat night. It doesn't rain much at Edwards nor Mojave. At least I won't get stuck in the mud at Willow when I go off track. It is going the be cold. Here's the seasonal averages and last year's data:

See you there.

Good times! Congrats to Walter for winning the TA! 1:27.4 with no ABS! Big congrats to Sri for Winning the 2006 S2000 Challenge Production class! Points were close but it was a championship well fought for. 1:29.0 with only 3rd and 4th gear is awesome! My only excuse is just that I put in too much too late.

1:27.3 was my best time but I feel I can break into 1:26 or even 1:27. AP2 sway bar proved to be way too soft. The 03 rear sway is definitely going back in. I'm still having front grip problems. Lots of understeer everywhere, turn 2, bowl and even need full lock to get out of skidpad.

That was one of the best track weekends ever, even though my transmission gave out! I thought I did fairly well considering the circumstances, 1:28 saturday, and 1:29 sunday, but I"m really off the pace of HunterEZ, and the other guys.

After riding with Rylan, I NEED that kind of speed. Before this weekend, I was thinking about winding down my track days, and parting out the car, now I'm full blown track addict agian. Thanks Ry

So can anyone help me put in a transmission?
