1. How much weight can I save by stripping the internal liner on the OEM hardtop?

1) Not that much. I bet -maybe- 10lbs, probaly closer to 5.
2) Pull

1. 5 lbs ... I should probably diet first
2. Pull? I prefer a tow
3. Get your butt on a plane ... and drive my car

 

You can save more weight by removing the factory hard top mounts and installing aluminum plates.
