I'm just under the car putting a CAI on and I see my Saner bar collar has failed

it looks like the welded bolt on the back of the swaybar mount let go as well.. maybe that went and the collar gradually tore itself off?

I only run the bar on soft.. I had the other side let go a while back but I figured I didn't torque the collar on properly...

 

I just got my Saner bar in the mail, I knew that part would fail. I may make some of my own out of solid aluminum.
