I always think suspension is the hardest thing to tune.
I 'm running Tein RA . comes w/ 10K front 10K rear spring rate.

Since the damper is 16 ways adjustable.. now it is set to be front 14 rear 10

what is the most general setting for those on s2k? I want to start off w/ the general setting then adjust it on my own.

well. the recommended setting is 8f / 8r..

i have the tein rs which is the same except for the double adjustability.. 8 / 8 is a good setting to start with.. for street tires, i found 9 front and 8 rear to be the best, but that was also with 225 f/ 255 r tires..
