Most comment on the ease of changing the bump on the SRC, as compared to the V3. I did not have the V3 on before, had Pss9 before. The SRC bump is super easy to change. Just lay down and stick you hand down there and start turning

Kidney threshold is 12k and skinny a** is 10k (about the rate for V3)

Hey nice...

I'm running the Tein RS's and I love them but I'm hesitant go to a stiffer spring. Does anyone know how they might compare in their ability to dampen as compared to the SRC's? I would love to be able to run a stiffer spring for the track and still be able to drive the car on the weekend.

You can call and ask Tein how much you could run up on the spring rate. I know that the SRC you can run up to 20k and they would be fine. Generally most say about 20-25% increase is the most you could increase the rate per given damper.
