The Swift sway bars are a very nice combo as they are stiffer than the OEM bars but are set up to be heavier in the rear vs the conventional school of thought.
Maybe they forgot it was a rear wheel drive Honda j/k

hey I was testing the car at Roebling not auto-x. I think this is the problem I've got confused between track and auto-x setups

On auto-x I think the big bar helps, the car rolls a lot less and transitions faster - it pushes but I just trail brake a bit to stop that

On the track though I couldn't get the car rotated and the backend slipping because of the push, once I took the bar off the car worked much better for me

What I would realy like is an adjustable bar that ranges from the same as stock to about 100% stiffer than stock, is there such a thing?

I also have a MY2003, and I am running 225/255 RE-01R on OEM suspension and OEM sway bars. Without a wing, I think it is perfectly neutral at low speeds, with a bit of oversteer at high speeds. I installed an APR GTC-200 wing, and now it is neutral at low speeds, a hint of oversteer at moderate speeds (50-70mph) and understeer at high speeds (80-100mph). This was with the center section parallel to the ground (zero degrees rake) and the lateral sections at about 12-degrees. I am pretty happy with the balance, and if anything I would put on a softer rear bar than put on a stiffer front bar. This would be to try to reduce power-oversteer out of corners.

Oh, and my alignment settings:
Front Camber: -2.4
Front Castor: 6.7 degrees
Front Toe: 0
Rear Camber: -2.4
Rear Toe: 1/8" total
How were you able to get -2.4 camber with 6.7 caster in front with an OEM suspension setup?

the car is lose but manageable.. no push
