Is there such a thing as a fast S2k?
I havent seen any members really who have cars that run anything better than like 14..The only others I saw was a 13.2 at 111 or somthing like that.
Im not really used to being on a forum where the cars just get upgraded and just dont perform.
How would you hit 11's if you wanted to in the car? Is it not possible without major major upgrades? Im not used to N/A cars, my Rx7 you threw in a boost controller and full exhaust you were in 12's.

You can hit 11's in the S2k.
First of all, you need Nitrous and lots of it, like a 300 shot.
Then you'll need one of them rocket packs the good ol' Wile E. Coyote uses when he chases the bird.
You will need to upgrade the tires/rims so the back wheels sport 9inch minimum width, but you may run into some clearance issues with the fender so you'll need some tin snips and some vice grips to pull the fender lip out and roll it away.
The engine will most likely ping like hell with a 300shot so you'll need to run gas with higher octane rating than usual. Combining a mixture of 50/50 gas and diesel should do the trick.
You will run into the 11's with these mods... wait, I forgot the most important part. You will need a Spoon oil filler cap (not Mugen, they don't hold up nearly as well as the Spoon version) because all that oil sloshing around the cams will want to burst though the cap so you need the Spoon cap to keep things under control.
Add a set of magnetic drain plugs and side mirror fluid and you'll run 9's, I promise.
