Default Thoughts on No RSB

So right now, the car is lowered on Espelir ASD springs w/ stock shocks. It has a Whiteline front bar. It currently has the OEM alignment with the drop. I have been thinking about going w/ no rear bar. What ill effects, if any will I have going with that setup. It is currently a daily but since I just recently paid it off, I have thought about tracking it to get some experience behind the wheel.

Any insight is appreciated.

Disconnecting or removing the rear bar will increase understeer/reduce oversteer. If you are going to HPDE your car you can easily disconnect one end of the sway bar at the track if your car is too loose, the difference is pretty dramatic and only takes a couple of minutes. It really depends on your spring rates and driving preferences if it is a good idea or not.

With my current (lack of) setup it is necessary for me to run disconnected for autocross. For driving on the street its more fun to have it connected.

If you haven't tracked the car they way it is yet, don't touch a thing. After a few weekends, you'll start to realize what you like about the handling and what you don't like about the handling. Just because other people are doing it doesn't mean that you should. Drive it as is, then adjust accordingly.

I'm seeing a growing number a inexperienced drivers (not to say that I am by any means experienced), that show up to the track and worry about so many difference adjustments on the car that they can't just focus on learning to drive. Just because you're at the track doesn't mean you need to keep changing settings like an F1 crew.

^This. If you keep changing things every single time you go out you'll never really know what made things better or worse.

Get a baseline before you start messing with your car settings.

However, my thoughts, I tried disconnecting my rear bar. I have a saner front bar on mid stiff. 255 Hankook RS3 square set-up on factory alignment. It made my car push like crazy. I hated it.
