I registered and paid to attend the Volvo Club's event tomorrow, but am going to be unable to attend due to work commitments. If someone wants to go in my place, the cost is $100. (I think I paid $140, btw). 50 cars, full track for advanced drivers, turns 1-10 (which is great if you've never been there before). The Volvo club is an awesome club to run with and they're a great bunch of guys. Unlike a lot of 'marqe specific' clubs, these guys are super cool when something else shows up.

That's because they are tracking Volvo's. It would be like bringing an F car to one of our meets. Who's gonna say "What Jackass brought a 430, lame"

If I get in the car right now I think I could make it there in time. I want to run T-hill someday.

 

I'd take you up on this if I was a better driver...hard to take a bunch of Volvo's passing me

 

It may be a hard lesson to get schooled by a P1800, but at the end of the day you'd be a much better driver than you were in the morning. That--more than who passed whom--is what I think's important.
