Wink Thunderhill for Valentine's!

Just thought I'd let you all know . . . T.E.A.M. Racing is having its next event at Thunderhill this February 14th! The $190 per driver includes catered lunches, snacks, a supply of Gatorade and bottled water, instruction (mainly for the novice group), and at least two hours of track time (divided among six 20-minute sessions). The date is fast approaching, so don't let it slip under your wheels! For more information, feel free to email me or visit us on the web at http://www.team-racing.org THANKS for the bandwidth, and please spread the word! It's gonna be a blast!!!

Yes, someone always brings a timer. Usually it's the Long Acre timing system. Thunderhill always allows us to use lap timers as long as we are not competing. Yeah, like we're not gonna brag about our lap times at lunch, eh? Anyway, I know of at least one guy signed up that will be bringing his transponder, so you'll have a chance to get some lap times recorded. I hope you can make it!!!

Awww . . . but that's what vacation time is for! I'm really sorry that I won't get to meet ya. I hope we will have plenty of S2Ks out there, though! Don't want those Miatas crowding 'em in, do ya? Lol.

Wow . . . still no S2000s have signed up for this event. We've got Corvettes, Elises, Miatas, but no S2000s. It will be a shame not to get to play with the S2000 gang. I sure hope *somebody* gets to hang out with us! Just reminding you all, and letting folks know about this event in case they didn't see it yet. Don't be left out! Come out and have some fun with us! Take care,

BW

Is anyone considering this event? Just wondering, as there are a ton of views but very few actual replies, and no S2K folks have sent in a registration yet. It will be a BLAST, I promise you that, and you should have no problem making it home in time to thank your S.O. for letting you go!

It's hard enough for those of us with live-in bosses to get away for a track-day. Forget about Valentine's Day!

Bonster--my only boss is the weather. If it looks good, I'll be there.
