Tire and Suspension Log Book
I just created a quick spread sheet to help me track my track data. I am going to print and bind these so I figured I would ask if anyone had any suggestions on things I might want to add.
Here is my rough draft

I'd consider a larger "notes" section and grouping the organization as if you were walking through a track day or competition.
Things like alignment will change less frequently than shock settings for most people with adjustable shocks. Which will change less frequently than tire pressures.
For your current stage / goals, I might mirror an HPDE format
One top section on car equipment and alignment. Cold pressure and # heat cycles on the tires +/- tread life and compound.
Then have 4 blocks (one for each session) for temps / pressures / shock settings and a big block for session notes.

I agree on the session notes. You'll be writing stuff like, "Severe under steer at turn-in to Turn 1 moving to over steer at bump after apex," and "Almost lost the rear end during the transition from Turns 7 to 8, more wing?" The notes are what's important.
Great, that make sence I will make some changes!
Did not even think of tread depth, and tire heat cycles is new to me. I have seen mentions of how many heat cycles a slick can take but I am still running a street tire so I did not pay much attention at the time.

I keep an informal logbook (separate from the NASA & SCCA car logbooks) that I fill out after each track session with accurate session time, track notes, best lap times, etc. but also with detailed maintenance info so I know exactly when I installed the brake pads, tires, wheel bearings, etc. and can calculate exactly how much track time and heat cycles everything has.
