Default Track Alignment, caster mismatch

Hi, I took my 2006 S2000 to my alignment shop for a track alignment. I asked him to max out camber and set it to stock toe.
I was able to get -1.8 deg of camber on the front, but there we were not able to get the caster to match left to right. The closest we could get was 3.9deg left and 6.7deg right.
Is this due to the amount of camber we dialed in?
There doesn't seem to be any damage to the a-arms or knuckle. From what we could see the subframe alignment holes are lined up, but I guess I could shift the left side subframe forward some to get more caster.
Anything else I should consider? Does the lower ball joint bracket have some clearance in the bolts to adjust the caster some?

Thanks

Ah sorry forgot to say. Stock springs, dampers, ride height and bars. Only suspension modification is a Hardrace spherical compliance bearing installed just before this alignment. The shop first through that the compliance bushing was wearing since they were having trouble getting the caster in spec and holding.
Car has ~52k miles.

Ok, well with stock height around 2 degrees or maybe what you have may be max on camber. I was able to get -2.6 up front on stock adjusters lowered an inch, so at stock height I think that your values are probably expected. They for sure should be able to get the caster to match though, and the higher number you have is what you want to shoot for on both sides. Caster/camber can be tricky given they affect each other but they should be able to get it. given you already did the compliance bushings I assume all the bolts came out ok, were not binding, etc... Trying to think through what would be stopping you from getting just the caster in the right ballpark there.

When was the last time it was aligned? Any issues then and any damage you know of since then?

The adjusters came out fine with only minor corrosion. I put some anti seize on the cylindrical surfaces before re installing.

The previous owner had it aligned before I bought it. That would've 5+ years ago. Car was not in good alignment when checked before starting this alignment. It's had a good number of auto-x laps on it on some rough surfaces so I'm not super surprised by that.
No damage that I can see other than some paint scrapes from a small impact with my garage. I should've compared left and right control arms when I had them out.
We checked torque on the subframe bolts and they all checked out ok bar one of the lower torque long ones, but it wasn't a significant amount.

I should have it in the air again next week and can take some pics of subframe and control arms etc.

I can't ever get my caster even, I've replaced a lot of components chasing it down but eventually gave up. My difference is not as drastic as yours though.
