Default What alignment specs should I use?

I just installed the Espelir Springs and will be going in for an alignment within the next few weeks. For the most part my car is driven on the street with the exception of maybe 2-3 track days a year.

So what alignment specs do you recommend I should use for my driving style? (aggressive street driving)

Any and all opinions / suggestions are appreciated!

THANKS!!!

These are the euro alignment specs that many members have said handle better than stock.

FRONT:
Caster left 6*45"
Caster right 6*45"
Camber left -1*00"
Camber right -1*00
Toe Left 0*0"
Toe Right 0*0"
Total toe 0*0"

REAR:
Camber left -2*00"
Camber right -2*00"
Toe left 0*20"
Toe right 0*20"
Total toe 0*40"

How does everyone think these will work?
