I'm about to go insane. I keep leaving messages for the people at Saner Performance Fabrication (www.sanerperffab.com) to get a set of spacers for my sway bar, but no one from there EVER calls me back or even emails me. I'm sure they have a lot of things to do, and I'm just oen of many customers, however, good customer service should be of importance to them if they want to continue. Has anyone else had trouble contacting them or know of where I can get the spacers needed?

I also put the message out on the DC Region Solo2 email list. Here is one of the responses:

"A friend that has had good luck with Saner in the past arranged for them to fab a custom bar for my RX-8 last winter. I sent them an OEM bar, endlinks, bushings and brackets in mid-January to use as a template. After that neither of us were ever able to get them on the phone again or to reply to emails. We were able to get someone that was going to be in the area to stop in at the shop sometime in late February and the response was that they would be in touch. By late March, we still hadn't heard anything and our messages had turned to "please return the bar and other parts". Last week, the bar showed up on my friend's doorstep, but we still haven't heard anything from them."

Sorry Warren, I guess you missed the drama that we (Go Fast) had with Saner late last year and early this year.

I feel bad for you but don't hold your breath.

I am sure that ludedude is not trying to get your goat.

This is a long standing and well known issue with saner. It got to the point that last I checked, GoFast labs were not carrying saner until he started filling some of the backorders.

Some people were discusssing finding after market spaces. they look like plain steel spacers.

Thanks genghiskwong and Ludedude, I appreciate that info. Well, I guess they could always be reported to the Better Bus Bureau in FL and the Port St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce.
