Virtually no incresed wear just because of the change to UK settings. The autocrossing is responsible for the increased wear.

I think the real secret is to get you car aligned. US or UK settings. Just having all 4 wheels pointed in the right direction with respect to the car and eachother makes the big difference. The variance between UK and US specs isn't much.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have an 02 with 14.5k miles now and have most of the wear on the insides with stock springs. I've run two track days, no auto-x and a lot of canyon runs. Ever since I installed the mugen exhaust, it sits a tiny bit higher because of the reduced weight so I thought it might wear the outsides a bit more but on the contrary, it wore down the insides both front and rear. Going to install new tires and coilovers soon so I'll get it all aligned/corner weighted etc....
