I was told off by an Admin for asking questions in old threads and that I should start creating new threads citing the old threads (which doesn't make sense to me as multiple threads are now created covering the same topic), but alas, I have a few questions regarding custom alignments...

Can some one provide the UK alignment specs for the 00-01 in the US standard form of measurement?
Is it beneficial to sit in the car whilst the alignment is being performed?
Understanding it is much a personal preference, what are your recommendations for a weekend hills blast and very occasional track use?
The car is bone stock, tires are standard size on the 16's Dunlop Direzza's.
