Default UK alignment specs OK to use for MY06?

Having read nothing but good things about the UK alignment specs, I would like to use them when i get aligned tomorrow. I just need to know if there are any issues with using them on MY06, and I'm lowered on Swift sport springs if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance...

I went with numbers just about identical to the UK spec. Here are the #'s:

Front
L camber: -0.95 degrees
R camber: -0.98 degrees
Total toe: 0"
L caster: 6.26 degrees
R caster: 6.78 degrees

Rear
L camber: -2.02 degrees
R camber: -2.01 degrees
Total toe: 1/8"

are you planning on tracking it, occasional canyon run, or pure DD use? i would get a 1/4 toe in the back. does wonders to plant the rear of this car, which loves to suddenly bite you in the ass once you exceed the limits of adhesion. you'll obviously increase tire wear, but i was amazed at how drastically it stabilized my car on the track wen i went from 1/8 to 1/4 toe.

Do the UK settings actually make that big of a difference for AP2s? I ask because they were originally crafted for the UK AP1, and their current AP2 settings are identical to ours (except for rear toe depending on how you look at it).

I'm about to do my a UK spec alignment too. I dunno why this bothering me, but a lot of ppl said the unit is in degree and minute, but when i look at the spec sheet, it seem to me 6 degree 45". And " stand for second isn't it? I dunno is it because of the scan quality, but that's the best one i had find.
