Default What settings for coilovers at track?

I'm doing my first Fall Colors and I havent Auto X or tracked the car yet with the Buddy Clubs. What stiffness should I set the fronts and backs to during the track day? Check my mod list for what type of setup I have.

What sway bars-stock? It says you have every Comptech brace so I was not sure if the sway bars are included.
On an '04 with stock bars, the BC were well balanced with 8 front and 10 rear. Your results may vary as there are other subtle differences from previous years and the '04. You may prefer it softer in the rear to compensate for the stiffer rear bar from the '01.

It will also depend on tire sizes and alignment settings. What are they?

try 8/10 and go from there.

i'm going to a tight track on oct/8 and will be using 8/12 as a starting reference point.

oh, another thing...at the same track, i was getting terminal understeer at 14/14.

the front definitely needs to be softened up (F to R bias wise).

i also have all 4 aftermarket bars (spoon and comptech)

They would benefit with 650 lb rear springs. Probably not necessary to revalve them either.

I haven't tracked my car yet, but I find 9 front 7 rear very balanced in the twisties, once I hit the track that may be all out of whack..

My gut tells me softer rear in a pre 04 will yield better results

Nimesh, what alignment are you running? Albert set me up at 1.5 front, 2.5 rear.. its freakin sick now

I run the Euro alignment and 18" wheels with SO3's. Mines an 02 should I run stiffer fronts?

softer what??

we both have the same shocks/springs...any "shock" differences have been negated.

my alignment is the same.
