What's your trick
I can't seem to get past the 2 little screws holding on each rotor. What's the trick? I've sprayed the screws down with the penetrating stuff about 20 times and I only got 3 screws off out of the 8.
Trick number 1: don't use the screws
Trick number 2: if you do use the screws, switch rotors often enough so that they don't bind up in there
Trick number 3: use an impact driver
Trick number 4: if all else fails, drill 'em out
(I use trick number 1.)

You don't necessarily need an impact screwdriver as much as the right size screwdriver and the proper techinque. The first time I took mine off I used a ratchet with a giant phillips-bit socket. Push the bit into the screw as hard as you can with one arm and then give the wrench a swift anti-clockwise jerk with the other and it should pop loose.
I put anti-seize on the screw and barely tighten (just to keep the rotor from moving around when wheel is off). Never seized again.
The impact screwdriver happens to come with the right size Philips head (I think #3), which is half the battle as Guntersmurf said.

You don't need to put any of the screws back in and everything stays in place. It makes it easier when you swap out the rotors after you destroy them at the track anyway.

goodluck.
