Thanks for the props. We are the only other authorized service center in the US for the Road & Track line besides Ohlins USA of course.

Unfortunately we get pretty slammed during this time of year...race season. We do our best to expedite all service jobs, but sometimes the que is a little longer than anyone really likes.

Same experience with SRP, they don't even pick up the phone. You might get an email back 2 weeks later. Not worth the headache.

spr has my shocks now. I'm waiting on them to send me the bill and ship them back. They are takin a while to get them done though. The reason you might have a hard time getting ahold of them would be they are also a race team. They leave out every friday to go to the track. So if you called on fri/sat/sunday they wouldn't answer. When I was looking to buy my shocks SPR gave me all kinds of input, I sent him pics and he reviewed all the "facts" I inquired about them. That was before I ever spent a penny with them. To me if your going to be that helpful with out even knowing me or me spending any money with you, then your defently going to be helpful after I have.

I was going to go with PS but because of the service I've got at SRP so far I had to give them a chance.

Thanks for the reply. Would you know if special parts are required to rebuild this Ohlins for Mitsubishi Evo 8/9. I've read that certain Ohlins require special parts to be ordered that could take a while. thanks,
