I don't think that's Will's car. He has Mugen dampers and the ones in the pic have external reservoirs piggybacked onto them.

What's up with those cv spacers???

my core is mounted differently, its horizontal on welded tabs driver side of the small cross brace. That and the pump are there in what used to be occupied by the charcoal canister

Could be they're insulators to keep the diff heat from cooking the inner CV grease.

The idea behind the spacers is to correct the (more) extreme angle of the cv joints and resultant slight pulling out of the axles from the diff housings seen with a lowered car. I think

We were supposed to be working on something similar but I haven't heard from the individual who proposed it to me in some time.
