Which would net more front end downforce
I would do CR, because the sides function sort of like canards, and they direct air away from the front wheel well. They also have that plastic piece underneath the lip, which would allow you to mount the splitter even lower.

I actually haven't seen an APR GT front bumper out on the track... but I have seen some APR front lips used with and without splitter.
