Default WTB: AFFORDABLE rollbar

Have been looking for a rollbar because Elda Engineering strung me along all winter/early spring until deciding they 'didn't want to make one' Can't see paying $1400 for a Cusco bar. Thanks.

If your primary goal is a piece of safety equipment, you will need to find a local fabricator and have a custom bar made. If you are just looking for a style bar, the cusco is an option.

My opinion of the Cusco is it's all about show and not about go...

There's a reason we call 'em "Crushco"

Hang in there on the ELDA bar. Go Fast has the blueprints, and they're just trying to find a good builder right now. As soon as they find a reliable, high quality, fabricator, the bars should become available again. (at half the cost of a Cusco)

Any estimated time for delivery of the elda bars? I am a little nervous taking my car to the track without one.

Unfortunately, no.

It seems that our regular shop is too busy to get involved with manufacturing this bar for us in the limited quantities that we're talking about for this market.

We're currently in discussion with some other race car fabrication outfits out here to see if they might be interested in this project but have no firm information yet.
