Also, Rylan, I met a guy from Huntington Beach that knew you. I forget his name, but his screenname is "speedracer e." Sound familar? IIRC, he was there in support of the BMW Spec E30's.

Speedracer would be John Dearing, long-time local tracker and racer.

I actually had several S owners approach me throughout the weekend- none of which track their S's. One guy was at the track with his Exige. Anyway, I'm sure the guy you mention is him.

I believe he said he was there supporting Bimmers, not necessarily driving one.

still not dearing. I'm certine of that. He's a viper driver, not a bmw driver, nor a mechanic.

I know a number of the BMW club racers from a mailing list I'm on. Still cool tho, even coast-to-coast it's a small world for us racers.
