sittin at a light i look over and hes got this smirk on his face but i dont think anything of it for such a big ass vehicle. light turns green and i rollout as does he. i didnt think he was going to go so i just shift into 2nd. not too long after i shift i hear him nail it and the turbo spool. i say **** it and just leave it in 2nd. wait for vtec and hes right next to me. 6k comes and i start to leave him. hit 3rd....nice chirp as usual and im leaving him pretty good now. i let off for the next light and hes next to me again. i look up at him and tell him i work for ford and know how those vans move. he tells me hed beaten a civic before but didnt know what the S had under the hood. now he knows
