here is the deal, there is a girl at work that wants to race me in here 01 firebird. It's not the ws6, it's the one with 310hp. We will run from a role should I take her? Usualy I would run for fun if it was a guy but I don't want to lose to a chick, pride thing.

That is a pretty big horsepower difference. My guess is that you will lose if she can shift ok.

I'm very interested in her, but I wear the big ring around my finger so I won't be doing any post runs with her. Well I'm at work right now, and she left about 1hr ago. She said we will find the time and place after work.

 

Your wife might not like you racing her. I wouldnt do it cuz if the wife finds out then she'll really get on you about it. You know how women never forget stuff and throw it in your face whenever they get mad at you about something. Street racing can be dangerous to your marriage like that.

 

you would get your ass torn open by her car if you would man up and race. But you won't. Her car is quite a bit faster than yours.

 

i think the race will be slightly in her favor. I played around with the same model camaro with exhaust and stayed even through middle of third. you won't lose by enough to be embarrassed. just tell her its a 2L 4 cylinder. backing down will look worse.

 

Okay so thats not a firebird right? Its a trans-am with the LS1 those are ones with 310. My sister has an 02 in auto and I walk her in my ap2 from a dig. From a roll though... I dunno who would win, your car has a higher top speed if you are winning to to get close to it...

 

From a roll she'll take you, the LS1 just has too much top end power for us to keep up unless your S2K is modded. From a launch you would have more of a chance especially if she can't drive.
