i was coming home from checkers when i noticed a maroonish color crossfire coming up to the left. i maintained speed of about 55, as he pulled up to my left. we were both going the same speed when he lunged forward and i dropped my gear and into vtec. when i dropped my gear i started walking on him and at around 90 i was about 2-3 cars... not too sure tho because i wasnt really paying attention to length and was just worried about beating him =P

not to worry bout the crossfire....good lookin car, though.

 

Yep, a Crossfire is only a tad quicker than a MB CLK320; actually more than a tad, more like half a second quicker in a 1/4. I like the back end of the Crossfire, but I don't care much for its front end, esp. with those grooves on the hood; too Pontiac-like.

 

a recent TV journo in the UK said the back end looked like a dog taking a dump

Note that the Chrysler has really been slagged off over here-Is it really that bad?

 

not out yet i do not think but chrysler is going to release the crossfire srt-6 which is the same as the amg mercedes, supercharged, 300+ horsepower supposibly.

 

They show a picture of that srt engine in the newest Chrysler commercial! I like the Crossfire. Ya Don't see to many around.

srt6 is gonna lay the smack down on s2ks, but will they make any of them 6spds?? i enjoy the crossfires a lot.

The boat anchor beats an s2k on torque, i guess they had to get something out of the 2 extra cylinders but that's about all that impresses me besides the 240 watt 12 speaker sound system......Hmmmmm maybe that's why it so stinking heavy!!
