Lol, I dont worry about drag too much with the Cobra it should dyno over 600 whp this Sat, and I also have a 100 shot so it should be upwards of 730 whp
But I know what you mean, I kinda expected this outcome between the 2 but the guy with the Firehawk thought he was going to beat the Z06.

Yeah I have read stock Z06s getting into the 11's and they are only rated at 12.6 from the factory. Who the hell knows maybe some underating on the part of GM. The only GM I would buy=vette
congrats you have the fastest stock Z06 i have heard of... heads cam LS1 usually pulls every stock Z06 i have seen.
448whp is a ton and will trap over 120 for sure. stock Z06 only goes 118 from what i seen most average 116mph.
based on this, i dont think ur Z06 is stock lol. probly has a tune and maybe rockers? air intake/filters??

I want to know how your friend got 434rwtq out of the 346 with the 4.10s? That's about 440+rwtq on 3.42s. That's a crap load of torque on stock cubes. What was his final C.R.? What kind of heads?
He has AFR heads, longtubes, catback ( no cats) dont know which cam's but he has cams and a dyno tune. I dont know what our Z06 traps, but I know a C6 Z06 would have trouble keeping up with my Cobra especially if I was to spray. I would say at 600+ whp the Cobra shpould be close to a 130+ trap. Again we'll see if we can get the Z06 dyno'd this weekend.

I don't know, but that torque number seems too high for a stock 346 on 410s. Maybe if he's running a whole lot of compression, but then he's probably going to have to cut his pistons if he wants to run a decent size cam. AFRs do get pretty good torque numbers, but usually I see 420ish rwtq on a 346 with 3.42s.
Anyway, if your Z is keeping up with a 450rwhp F-bod, either your Z is not stock or the other driver doesn't know how to drive the car.

Oh since im talking to you you think its worth it to port n polish the stock Z06 heads? My wife finally wants to start modding and she wanted to PNP the heads and throw in a "cam" what do you recommend for cam, she wants a lopey idle but nothing crazy as it is her DD. We might do that for now, then some LT's and a Procharger.
